What payments do you accept?

You can make a payment via bank/credit card, direct payment, invoice or partial payment. We use Klarna Checkout for all transactions with SSL and maximum security. No costs for invoice fees or other payment fees are added at checkout when you use Klarna Checkout with us.

How long will it take to receive my order in Sweden?

Your shipment is normally sent within 24 hours of ordering during weekdays. The delivery time for shipping is normally 3-11 days after sending the shipment. Your shipment is usually delivered with Postnord, and DHL, among others. The shipment is normally delivered to your mailbox or to agents.

Can I return my order?

Your right of return is valid for 14 days. The return period begins on the day you receive the item or a substantial part of it. Before returning or exchanging, you must always make a report online with us. You do this by logging in to your account or creating an account by using the same email you used on your order. Your name, phone number, and the order’s reference number must be included. The return address can be found when you make the return notification. Check for more info here

I received damaged products
If any items in your order have been received in an unsatisfactory condition, please let us know within 24 h of your order being received. Please send your order number, and clear photos of the damaged item using the CONTACT US section. Please contact us using the email address associated with your order.
I received the incorrect item
We’re sorry to hear that. Please use the CONTACT US section to send us a request about your order details, along with a picture of the order so we can resolve this for you. Please contact us using the same email address associated with your order.
I have items missing from my order

Can I edit or cancel an order after it has been placed?
Only if the order is not dispatched (usually dispatched within 24hrs)
How long does shipping take time outside of Sweden?

When your order is dispatched, you get notified either by e-mail or SMS with a tracking link
What are the shipping options?
We have multiple shipping options depending on your location. Mostly TNT, UPS, DHL, Schenker.
If it’s free shipping or no option to choose from, then we automatically choose the cheapest and most convenient.
