Shopping at PRYLIQ is simple, safe and secure. Free from unpleasant surprises. We offer a 30-day open purchase guarantee even if the packaging is carefully opened. You will see the price for shipping when you enter the delivery address. There are no additional costs for payment at checkout, and you pay for your purchase safely through Klarna Checkout. Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 30 days. The cooling-off period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. Before returning or exchanging, you must always make a report online with us. You do this by logging into your account, or creating an account by using the same email you used for your order. You can find the return address when you make a return notification. If the agreement concerns a specially manufactured product – or a product that has been given a clear personal touch, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

You do not have the right of withdrawal if:
The service started during the cooling-off period with your consent, the price is dependent on the fluctuations of the financial market, for example a share, the goods due to their nature cannot be returned, the seal has been broken on sound or image recordings or computer programs. Sealing also refers to technical sealing. Hygiene products with broken packaging regarding cosmetics, underwear, earrings, intimate products, etc.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation.

Returns are at your own expense, except if the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or package, not cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we pay the new shipping from us to you.

When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must,

if it concerns an item: send or return it to us
if it concerns a service: keep the material available to us, if it does not cause inconvenience to you.
Warranties and service
We guarantee that the goods we sent you are defect-free upon delivery. If an item should unexpectedly be broken, contact us and describe in detail what the fault is. You then file a warranty claim and then send the product to us. You have a 1-year warranty and 3-year right of complaint on all products. If manufacturing defects occur during the warranty period, contact us in the same way! In the event of a dispute, it is our policy to follow the General Complaints Board’s recommendations

Your shipment is normally dispatched within 24 hours of ordering on weekdays. The delivery time for shipping is normally 3-11 days after the shipment is sent. Your shipment is usually delivered with Postnord. The shipment is normally delivered to your mailbox or to Postnord’s agent.

Shipping includes all costs.

Any damage to the shipment must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

The packages sent from us are properly sized and your items are well protected.
We cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the actual colors or size of the products. This depends on the computer, screen settings, etc. you have. We reserve the right against possible misdescriptions in product texts and measurements. However, we work continuously to keep this as good and accurate information as possible. We also reserve the right to incorrectly stated prices. If the price or anything else in the order is incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel and credit the order.


You can pay via bank/credit card, direct payment, invoice or partial payment. We use Klarna Checkout for all transactions with SSL and maximum security. Unclaimed packages
A consignment for you is normally available for collection within 14 days of delivery to the agent. Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently SEK 200

Repayment obligation
We shall, if you have exercised your right of cancellation, refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods or, if it is a service, the notification that you have canceled. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.
